HELIOS Aluminum Jaws – fits all Helios vises using our patent-pending design, inspired by Picatinny rails.

• 10 second jaw changeovers with an impact driver. Torque to 25 ft-lbs using a 1/4" allen
• Extremely secure, self aligning design
• 5-10 micron repeatably in all three axes (see notes below)
• Can be used for both standard and ID gripping
• Can be flipped (rotated) for use on two sides for two different jobs
• Sold in pairs
• Standard jaws use a single screw. Larger jaws use two screws each.   
• Clamp nuts and screws are included, but can be removed to save $10 per pair

Notes:

• When installing jaws, there is a small amount of clearance between the drive keys and the carrier slots. This clearance is eliminated as soon as the jaws clamp on the first part. 
• Clamping nut is directional. Make sure it's not flipped upside down
